Camera-ready manuscript
Manuscripts to be presented at the conference and published in the proceedings of the conference must be submitted in the format prescribed.

Authors are allowed up to SIX (6) pages, including all figures, tables, and references for each paper. You will be allowed TWO (2) extra pages at a cost of $100 per additional page. Extra Page charge should be SENT along with the Registration Form.

name and paper id number and name your file thus:

IMPORTANT: The camera-ready manuscripts must be uploaded directly to the
IEEE web site.
The deadline is 10 October 2005.
